If you’re looking to start your Christmas celebrations early this year, or are simply looking to treat someone special to something truly magical, then we have just the night for you. For the past 15 years, Raymond Blanc’s Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons restaurant and hotel in Great Milton, Oxfordshire has been hosting a series of carol service evenings across the Advent season.

These prestigious black tie events begin at 6:45pm at the two Michelin star restaurant, with a Laurent-Perrier Champagne reception and canapés, followed by a short candlelit walk to the neighbouring 12th Century St Mary’s Church for the evening’s concert performance. Returning to Le Manoir at 8:45pm, guests are served a celebration five-course dinner created by Raymond Blanc and Gary Jones, whose extraordinary gastronomic skills have ensured that the Le Manoir has retained its two Michelin stars since 1985.

“It’s very magical. It’s a great way to start Christmas off,”

says Tracey Clinton – Director of Marketing & Communications at Le Manoir. “The church is completely lit by candlelight, which just adds to the magical element.” Victor members are invited to attend the concert evenings on Tuesday 2nd December and Monday 8th December at the reduced price of £200 per person (usually £250).
