We’re hiring!

Victor is growing – join our mission to deliver a better way to fly.

Echoing the message shared by Victor co-CEO, Toby Edwards, in his first blog entry of the year, we’re entering 2021 with optimism and excitement for a brighter future ahead. Whilst global travel is rightfully restricted for the time-being, business aviation is proving essential for critical travel to keep the economy and key workers moving. Looking ahead, we are preparing to service an increased number of first-time flyers, as well as our existing clients, when the time comes for borders to re-open.

On-demand jet charter, by its very nature of being on-demand, is in a fortunate position to bounce back quicker than the airlines, thereby filling the gap and increasing its share of global flight activity. Leading aviation data intelligence company, WINGX, has been reporting on the resilience of business aviation throughout the pandemic, and, last December, predicted M&As and scaling in the industry this year.

At Victor, we’ve kicked off our tenth anniversary year with a strong start and we’re more excited than ever for what’s to come. This January, we’ve been recognised as a Great British Brand 2021 by renowned luxury lifestyle magazine Country & Town House, and we welcome new members of the growing Victor team in our sales and aircraft sourcing departments, as well as well-known industry figure Linzi Barber, who is leading our international search for new broker talent.

We’re growing our international sales presence, notably across Europe. We’re seeking sales agents in France, Italy and Spain to become group charter and private jet specialists and provide exceptional customer service to our growing community of members.

We welcome applications from individuals new to the jet charter industry, as well as aviation veterans. who will passionately advocate our mission to provide a better way to fly.

Are you ready to join a global team that refuses to stand still? This is your opportunity to shape the future of the multi-award-winning jet charter marketplace and world’s first carbon-negative aviation company.
